How do I shop online?

Navigating our site is fairly simple.  All you need to do to view our full range of products is click on a category down the left hand side of the page eg:  Baby Cakes to view the full range within that category.  Then continue through all categories until you find the gift/s which you would like to purchase.

Once you have selected the item/s you wish to purchase, click on the Buy Now button, then enter the number of items in the Quantity box.  Continue through this process until you are ready to finalise your order.  When you are ready to "checkout", simply click on the Proceed to Checkout button.  Enter all details, remembering to include any special messages you would like written on the gift card to accompany your purchase.  

What payment methods are accepted?

Shopping online on Baby Gifts and Hampers Online site is 

perfectly safe via our e-gate facility with ANZ Bank with credit cards.

Payment for products may also be made via direct deposit into our bank account.

Please note that all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST and we we do not accept refunds.

How long will it take for my item/s to be delivered?

For orders placed before 9am, same day delivery can be expected within Sydney metropolitan 

area (Monday to Friday)

For orders placed after 9am(Monday to Thursday), next day delivery for Sydney metro. Orders placed after 9am Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Next day delivery for Newcastle, Wollongong, Central Coast, Camden, Narellan, Mulgoa, Blue Mountains, Bathurst & Orange

Overnight express to metropolitan areas of Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Gold Coast, Albury, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba

2-3 Working days to metropolitan Adelaide, Mt Gambier, Mackay, Rockhampton & Bundaberg

4-9 working days to Queensland Country, Victoria Country, Western Australia Country, South Australia Country, Northern Territory, Darwin and Tasmania.

We can track your parcel at any time following dispatch so if you are in any way concerned about its whereabouts, please contact us and we will follow up for you.

Delivery is free anywhere in Australia for orders over $150.00  If your order is over $150.00, the $10.00 delivery cost will be deducted during processing of your payment.

For orders under $150.00, delivery is $15.00 Australia wide.

What if we are out of stock of a particular item?

We will try our hardest to ensure that stock as represented on our site is available at all times, but sometimes there are factors outside of our control that may mean we are out of stock of a particular item. Should we be out of stock of a particular item for a hamper we will replace the item with something that is of equivalent or greater value. Thanks and we appreciate your understanding.
